What do I do if I forget my CareLink Personal username?

Select Sign in from the CareLink Personal homepage. Then select Forgot your username?

  • Enter your email address associated with your account and complete the ReCAPTCHA to receive a username reminder.
  • You may need to provide further details, including the serial number of the device (e.g Insulin pump) used to upload to your account or be required to contact your MiniMed Technical Support. Follow the on screen prompts as needed.
