How do I share my data / link with my diabetes care team (hospital)?

Sharing your data with your diabetes care team is a great way of speeding up in clinic visits by ensuring they have the most up to date device data to review.

Your diabetes care team will need to initiate a link request from their hospital's CareLink (Clinic) account. Your team may request a link via;

  • Remotely via unique code / email: Your team may send you a link request via email or a unique code (via email or SMS).
    • To share your data, follow the link in the email or log into your CareLink Personal account and select Data Sharing. Under Clinics accept any Pending requests.
    • If your team have sent you a unquie code, you can enter this by selecting the Share Data button and follow the on screen prompts
  • In Clinic: Your healthcare professional may ask you to link in clinic. This involves entering CareLink Personal username and password into their CareLink Clinic account
