What do I do if I forget my CareLink Personal password?

Select Sign in from the CareLink Personal homepage. Then select Forgot your password?

Pro Tip! Did you know you can quickly sign into your account by requesting a 'One Time Code' sent directly to the email address associated with your account? Select 'Sign in with one-time code', enter your username and follow the on screen prompts.

Resetting your Password

  • Enter your username, email address associated with your account and complete the ReCAPTCHA to submit a password reset request. Forgotten your username? See steps on recovering your username
  • After successfully submitting your request, an email will be sent to your email address with a link to reset your password
