How do I share my data with Care Partners?

Our Care Partner app (CareLink Connect) enables your friends or family to receive personalised alerts directly to their mobile phone based on your device data.

  • Once your Care Partner has downloaded the CareLink Connect app and created a CareLink Personal account (they must select Care Partner account type when creating their account), they can then send a request to you to share your data (they'll need you CareLink Personal username to do this)
  • Once you receive an invitation via email, you can accept it via your associated mobile app or by logging into CareLink Personal and selecting the Data sharing tab

Pro Tip! Keep Sync to CareLink toggled on in your associated mobile app to ensure your sensor glucose is synced throughout the day to enable any Care Partners to receive alerts.
