Why do I keep losing the connection between my sensor and pump? OR I am seeing a message that says, “Lost sensor”. What can I do about this?

Sensor connection may be interrupted if the pump and sensor are not positioned to communicate clearly with each other. The "Lost sensor" message means that your sensor has not communicated with your pump in the past 30 minutes.

• Move the pump closer to the sensor
• Wear the pump on the same side of your body as the sensor. They should be in the same line of sight so they can “see” each other. This helps them stay connected. Make sure nothing, like clothing or your body, is in the way. This helps your pump and sensor “talk” to each other and share real-time information.
• Separate your pump and sensor from wireless devices that may interfere with the wireless connection between your pump and sensor or turn off interfering devices.
