What smartphone can I use to scan the Instinct sensor?

To start and scan the Instinct sensor, You can find out if your mobile device is compatible with the MiniMed™ Mobile app on this page: https://www.medtronic-diabetes.com/en-gb/check-compatibility-app. If you do not have a compatible device, please contact us. We offer the App Manager device that can be used in lieu of a compatible mobile device.The pump should be on the Home screen with no active alerts, or bolus delivery before scanning.
