What if I forget the PIN number?

If you change the default PIN (123456) and can't remember your new one, a reset may be required. Entering the wrong PIN 10 times will lead to a lock out and you will need to contact WeCare Helpline Team at 01923 205167. Plan to be connected to Wi-Fi during the phone call with our team.
