Why am I seeing gaps or dotted lines in my SG readings? What should I do about this?

  • Your sensor and pump briefly lost connection, but they're designed to reconnect automatically.
  • This is normal and doesn't disrupt your therapy. SmartGuard technology is designed to operate safely, even if the connection between your pump and sensor is interrupted. Your pump will alert you if it’s disconnected from your sensor for 30 minutes or longer.
  • Move the pump closer to the sensor to ensure your sensor and pump remain connected.
  • Separate your pump and sensor from wireless devices that may interfere with the wireless connection between your pump and sensor or turn off interfering devices.
