Set Up Your Account

Start putting the pieces together today

To access your CareLink account, you need:

• Access to a personal computer running Windows® 2000, XP, or Vista 32-bit
• A reliable Internet connection
• Microsoft® Internet Explorer® version 5.5 (SP2) or higher
• Adobe® Reader™ version 5.0 or higher
• A connectivity device, such as a CareLink USB device (Do not insert this in your computer until prompted)

Simple and easy 3-step approach

To set up a user account and password at www.medtronicdiabetes.com/carelink:

Step 1

From the Welcome screen, click the Sign Up Now button. Then select country and language.

Step 2

In order to accept the terms of agreement, ensure that all three boxes are checked and click the Accept button.

Step 3

Create a username and password. The password can be any combination of letters or numbers from 4 to 20 characters. Be aware that passwords are case-sensitive. Once you complete the required fields, click the Submit button.
